I could not be happier with the service I received at Japanese Auto Center. The staff is always warm, friendly, and attentive. They ask all the right questions to get to the root of any issue. I came in for a routine oil change, a smog check, and to have my brakes fixed, and they made the entire process easy.
They walked me through every detail and provided a clear estimate upfront so there were no surprises. Even though they were clearly busy, as most good auto shops are, they stayed organized and handled everything seamlessly. It truly feels like you are working with family.

I took my old Toyota there for years and was very happy. When my 21/2 year old Subaru just needed a regular service and was out of warranty, I took it to Japanese Auto Service today. They are so helpful and friendly and they don’t overcharge or upsale. I will definitely be using them for all future services!!

Was having car problems and I brought it here. The staff was extremely friendly. They worked with my extended warranty coverage and what was not covered they were able to work with me to get my vehicle repaired. Over all excellent experience. They are great people here. highly recommended

I recently brought my Crosstrek into Japanese Auto Center with a suspected bad wheel bearing. The team quickly confirmed my self-diagnosis and replaced the defective bearing efficiently. I also opted to have the CVT fluid replaced during the visit.
Mario was professional, communicative, and respectful of my time. I appreciated his transparency and the way they explained the issue and the repair process. My car now runs smoothly and quietly again—exactly what I was hoping for. As a bonus, I received a 10% discount for being a AAA member, which was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Japanese Auto Center helped me with my car issue. First, they are AAA approved auto shop. Booking at their website was easy. Checked in the day of appt. Left the car and they shuttled me to my place of work about 1 mile away. They found the issue and confirmed with me to proceed with the work. They were kind enough to pick me up. Prices were reasonable and not outrages. They went over what work was done. Made future recommendation. Im glad i found this auto shop. Highly recommend.
