My mom moved into Sunrise a few months ago and I am just so impressed by both the management and the caregivers. Each one is so caring, professional and respectful. They are wonderful at responding quickly to me with the (many!) emails I have sent them.
This last week they had a Casino Night to celebrate Sunrise's 40th anniversary and they invited both residents and their families. It was SO much fun. Great food, wonderful decorations and the dealers at each of the tables (blackjack, craps and roulette) were just great!
Sunrise does so much to keep their residents engaged and active, and in addition, throw great parties!

My Mother moved in a month ago and is so happy to have people her own age to talk to. I was worried she would have a hard time but, the entire Sunrise staff has mad it easy for her to fit in. She absolutely loves the meals and the fact they change every day. She can also order room service. I have never seen her eat everything on her plate like she does at Sunrise. She is getting into the activities and loves to walk the gardens. I’m so happy with the service Sunrise provides. I didn’t like leaving her alone but now that she has been there a few weeks I’m very comfortable and know she is in the best hands. My mother tells me every time I visit all she needs to do is ask and the Sunrise staff will help her with her needs.

My parents both lived at Sunrise Wood Ranch for the last 6 months, my father just passed. They have been treated with kindness and respect, the care managers are very caring. Through med changes and bumps in the medical road the med techs and Nursing Director were beyond helpful and communicative with all necessary parties.
The Coordinators of all of the differing communities helped find the right places for my parents differing needs. And the Director was available when I needed her as well.

Our 91 year old Dad has been residing at Wood Ranch for the last year and a half. He is very happy and comfortable there. The staff who interact with him are always patient, kind, understanding and teasing (to match my Dad's personality :0) with him as are the nursing staff and management. The facility is very nice and well kept. I/we have eaten with him several times (be it breakfast, lunch or dinner) and we are always impressed at the many different choices and how much Dad can have (especially at breakfast). Some days he says he skips lunch because he is still so full from breakfast. Anytime we have questions it never takes long for any of the staff to get back to us if they are not readily available. And many times ALL caregivers as well as ALL management have gone out of their way for my Dad and his children when we have needed assistance with something. They are hard working and I see them always striving to be better and come up with new ideas and activities for the residents. Tending to seniors is a challenging job but Sunrise at Wood Ranch Assisted Senior Living they make it look easy!! Kudos to everyone who cares and looks out for our Dad when we are not always able to be there. If you are looking for a a new home for your parent(s) where they will be happy and well cared for, look no further, Sunrise at Wood Ranch is the place!

After spending close to two weeks getting my dad settled at Sunrise at Wood Ranch, I interacted with most of the Reminisence care team and other staff. I am impressed by their professionalism, welcoming and solicitous manner, and focus on the care of the residents. I have confidence and peace of mind that my dad is getting the best possible care.
