⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed
I came here with my wife well before closing time, expecting to enjoy a nice dinner together. Instead of being greeted or seated, we were told right away that they were closing — even though the doors were open and the posted hours clearly said otherwise. Completely unprofessional and rude. We had no choice but to leave hungry and disappointed. If this is how they treat paying customers before closing, we won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.

Date of Visit: October 17, around 10 AM
Party Size: 9
My group and I have been regulars at this IHOP for a long time, but today’s visit was really disappointing. Service started off normal our server was a little rude, but nothing we couldn’t overlook. The real issue came after we finished eating. No one ever brought us our check. It seemed like our server had already left, and even when one of us got up to ask for the bill, we were completely ignored. Eventually, we all went up front to pay, and it was chaos. The staff seemed confused and unorganized. A woman named Carina came to handle the check and claimed to be the manager. When we asked to split the bill (something we’ve always been able to do here), she flat-out said they “don’t do that anymore.” We politely explained that every other time we’ve visited, they’ve split our checks without any issue. Instead of helping or even explaining kindly, she got irritated, said, “Well, I can’t do anything about it, I’m the manager,” and told us we had to pay the full bill together. Her attitude was unprofessional, and the way she handled the situation was unnecessarily rude. On top of that, I know who the actual manager is and it definitely wasn’t her. Lying to customers and refusing simple requests isn’t good service. This visit just left a bad impression. I hope IHOP looks into this, because having employees who are dishonest and disrespectful just drives customers away. Also, for anyone planning to visit apparently, they no longer split bills here, so keep that in mind.

***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)
On my recent visit to IHOP I noticed they did a menu refresh. I personally like that they refresh the menu occasionally. A new menu with a different layout is always nice. This time I ordered the Cali Turkey Melt with Onion Rings. The bread was grilled perfectly, the cheese was nicely melted, and the turkey was tender. All the other ingredients contributed to this being one tasty sandwich. I must say, I've been coming to this location for years, and they always seem to have someone that can cook.
Our server was very friendly, and did her best to accommodate the needs of our table. This is a location I will always return.

I really love the architecture of this location. With its nostalgic look and feel it brings back images of the International House of Pancakes from years gone by.
Our server was very efficient and did a great job. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker with onion rings. The roll was soft, the meat was nicely cooked, and the cheese was melty. The onion rings were extremely crunchy, and they were made with actual sliced rings of onion.
The food was great, and so was the service.

A great place to go! It wasn’t too busy and the staff were very helpful. Loved that the restrooms were clean and we got our food quickly. I would totally come here again!

We waited almost 40 minutes to be seated but that was expected on a weekend morning. The food was ready in a decent amount of time but unfortunately, both of our plates were cold, and had to ask for them to be warmed up twice. Our requests seemed to have bothered the waitress that helped us and the service after asking seemed cold and rushed. Have you ever felt like you're being rushed to pay and leave a restaurant? Yeah. So, I doubt I'll come back to this location.
