If you, or your loved one, are in need of care after a surgery or accident, i want you to know that you are not always going to get the care you need at The Gardens. The waiting time after you ring the call button could be as much as two hours, even if you are laying in your urine or feces.
You could die if you suffer a heart attack or stroke because they don't come to check why you are calling. Not all staff neglect your needs, but it is perpetrated by a good number of them, especially in the evening and night hours. I am experiencing that level of poor care right now

I only wish I'd found the Gardens sooner. From the moment I pulled into the lot everything felt calm and organized. The staff were kind and the grounds were beautifully maintained. I've had to find a place for different people in my life to live, and the Gardens at Northridge met every condition on my list. Caring staff, constant activity and socialization, very nice rooms and a safe, private outdoor area for the residents to enjoy some sunshine and garden, or walk, or just sit and smell the flowers. Competitively priced and animal friendly.

Took a tour of The Gardens at Northridge. I was impressed by the facility and staff. Very beautiful inside and out. The sales director, Desire Lopez was delightful and easy to talk to. She listened to and answered all the questions I had prepared.

They don't answer alarms. Take up to 90 minutes to come to check on you. Take zero responsibility. Don't make changes. Switch you to new rooms without telling you why... The list goes on and on.

Their rehabilitation team is excellent. The nurses aides are empathetic helpful and caring.
Mom is in good hands.
