The best dentist I ever went to and I’m from Boston, Massachusetts, which they got the lousiest Dentist but this Dentist fuller dentistry is the best I ever been to in my life. God bless him and I recommend everybody and everyone to go to fuller dentistry. They match my style number one

My experience at Fuller Smiles has been very pleasant. They use latest technology that gives me comfort and keeps me informed. My dentist is very knowledgeable, caring, and soft spoken. Office staff and assistants were very helpful, too. I trust them with my dental needs.

This was my first visit and I was immediately impressed with how welcoming and professional the entire team was. The check-in process was seamless, and I was seated right away without any delay.
Dr. Carlos Henao was my dentist, and he provided exceptional care. He took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays with me before starting any procedure, which really helped me feel informed and comfortable. As someone who has always been nervous about dental visits, I truly appreciated how reassuring and attentive he was. I felt safe, cared for, and confident in his expertise—truly the best dentist I’ve ever had! :D🦷
I also want to recognize the dental assistants, who were kind, gentle, and professional throughout my visit. Their support and friendliness made the experience even better.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I was able to get a last minute fantastic teeth whitening and saw immediate results one shade lighter. 😍 It’s clear they put patient care first. 10/10—highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!😊

I’ve been going to this dentist for a while and it’s fine. Today however was not pleasant. Informed them I had to reschedule due to a conflict 5 days ahead and they couldn’t find me in their system, which in involved having wait a day for them to figure who I was. All while I kept getting texts about getting a late cancellation fee. Finally figured it out but really unnecessary. Then at the appointment I arrived on time was kept waiting 20 minutes, while a hygienist was there and available, for the dentist to come over and ask me why I was scheduled for only a cleaning and not an exam as well, from his tone I can only assume he was under the impression I was trying to save money and skip the exam. Rather than his clearly not very with it front desk staff scheduling it that way, no doubt in the days long schedule debacle. Then for some unknown reason the dentist himself did the descaling, which was the most painful it has ever been and I was left with no fewer than 6 bloody gums. Followed by the hygienist who continually sprayed me with polish, I guess that’s why they insisted I wear protective eyewear, and he also managed to pinch a cut in my lip with a tool. I’ve really liked a few of their hygienists but they can’t seem to hold on to them cause they are never there for more than two of my bi-yearly visits. I think I’ve had enough of this place, I won’t be back.

I’m very impressed with Fuller Smiles Today. This was my first visit for a check-up and cleaning, after some frustrating experiences with other dental offices, and I can’t say enough good things. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. It’s evident they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and well-being. Scheduling my next appointment was smooth and convenient, with clear communication about what to expect. I finally feel confident I’ve found a dental home I can trust. Highly recommended!
