I stopped by this Five Below store yesterday to look at what kind of stuff they had that I can use for our baby shower. I found parking just fine where this store is because it's in a big plaza with a lot of parking spots. When I walked inside the store, a worker greeted me right away. I went straight to look at their balloon selection. They had some nice one but not that many.
After looking at the balloons, I went to look at their candy selection. The price for the candies here are unbeatable. They have a lot of selection so you'll likely find something you like. If you go toward the back of the store then you'll find more stuff. I was surprise to see that they sell car dash cam here even though I would never recommend someone to buy that from here. They also had keyboard and mouse too which everyone should know to never buy those things from here.
The store is set up perfectly and have a lot of stuff inside. The customer service here is great and you'll likely find different workers inside the store while shopping.

This had to be the best store all around. All of the retail workers were incredibly nice and helped me with any issues I had. When I purchased the wrong item, the clerk was able to help me return my item even though I kept it for over three days.

The products in the store are great, everything is fine I only have one complaint The staff lets high school teenagers play with basketballs inside the store two girls hit my back with the ball I'm glad it wasn't in my belly since I'm pregnant I let two people who work there know and they didn't do anything about it So now I can't shop safely for fear of being hit in my belly while pregnant the next time I want to visit the store.

Idk why people are posting negative reviews because of the dates and that it has been closed due to the grand opening… Anyways, we shopped on February 21st. The staff was training, but they were still greeting customers. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I’m glad they opened a 5 below in Granada hills, the closest one was Porter ranch for me, but this one will be closer.
