Had an okay experience at this location. I went on 9/20/2025 and honestly after what I saw I gave props to who works in the front of the store. I went in with some family members no big deal. We got to check out the poor work associate up front (I think she had blue hair) and she was so backed up in the front. I noticed she was running what seemed like the whole store while no other associates were to be found. She kept pushing the buttons for help up front, she was talking through walkie talkies literally asking for help so she could help someone with a big balloon order. My family and I stepped out of line to try finding another associate or something to help the poor girl because you could tell she was stressed out. I found who I believe to be a manager at the tshirt wall on her personal phone using foul language around children ignoring her associate.( I assume she's a manager because no associate I know of at any company would act that way on the floor) Two other associates I found were ignoring the amount of times the associate up front kept pushing the button to the point I was shocked the buttons didn’t break from how many times they were pushed. Honestly five below needs to be better staffed and not ignoring the associates up front because if my job did that to me I would have walked out and never returned. A male manager came in and was finally helping her after almost 45 minutes of her asking for help.

It needs restocking and organizing. Poor customer service and couldn’t find what I needed urgently for my restaurant. Employee told me to look at a specific spot but all I found was a box with items that needed to be restocked. There was two employees talking and wasting time while the third employee was actually working. To specify two guys losing time and the girl actually working.
I know they don’t get paid enough to deal with costumers but they should at least work for what they are getting paid for which is restocking and keeping the area organized.

Young boys working there not very helpful or friendly. The restroom are disgusting ! Feces on the floor, it reeked. Someone needs to take charge in this store and make some changes. It’s unorganized and inventory doesn’t match their on hand.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Five Below however at this location you had better know what it is that you are looking for because to the employees it is a social gathering amongst themselves. Also, the isles are always blocked by inventory carts. I cut my leg while in the check out line trying to go around an inventory cart that was overflowing. No response when I asked for someone to please move it.

When people call you, Try answering the phone. It's not that hard. I called 6 times to do an inventory check and the machine says we can't answer..and hangs up. Do better!
