I know bad days happen, but being given a time frame from 10am-12pm , then at 1pm the technician is a no call no show, isn't good.
So i Call the company's at 1pm to inform them that no one showed up, to be told they are running behind but will call the technician to get an ETA and will call back in 5min. I tell that that's fine he is running late, just a heads up would have been nice.
40 min later I call at 1:40pm because no one called me back with an ETA to "I was just about to call you". To then be told he is still on His way and will be there in another 30-45 min.
At this point in made the decision to cancel my service all together.
I understand people run late and things dont always go according to plan, and I am fine with that and can respect that issue. What I dont accept is zero communication letting me know what is going on.
A little communication would have gone a long way in this situation.

Comfort 1 is Genuinely amazing. I had other people come and try to charge me a lot for a repair. I’m happy I found itay and his team. They did an amazing job for an amazing price and also super quick

I had a Hvac debacle, was taken for a ride and Itay/Comfort 1 hvac saved me right before the heat wave that's coming in the next couple of days. Itay has done most of Hvac's in my building and was enthusiastically referred to me by my building manager. If you're even reading these reviews it's probably because you're in the same situation. Looking for an efficient, reliable job and quality system. My experience was really great. I'd recommend them. My Hvac was replaced in a matter of days, I know Itay had to go to some pretty long lengths to get the parts and system so fast, and he did it. He was also just willing to answer a lot of questions to help me get sorted for my needs and basically just went above and beyond. I know that the job was done properly and have assurance that my system is going to work, work well, work a long time, and if there's any issues, there won't be, and it'll be taken care of.
