I'm super disappointed in my last two visits. We frequently order to go, and the last time we ordered, they forgot several items. I called, and they issued me a partial refund for the missing items. This time. I ordered two macaroni and cheese kids' meals. And they literally packaged the macaroni in the plastic bag they cooked in. I included pictures. Wtf is that about. #1 pure laziness but #2 that is the least appetizing way. My 10 year old daughter, who it was for, refused to eat it. I am not sure i will be ordering from this location again. I really wish they quality and consistently was what it is to be. I definitely say err on the caution when visiting this location.

So an update from my last Chili's order at the Northridge CA location. I took to heart Chili's response, and placed a pick-up order today, which included that lava cake. The smash burger was tasty and just like the picture, and the fries were OK. Again, the lava cake came with barely a teaspoon of ice cream. I have ordered the lava cake 3 times now: the 1st time it came with a scoop of ice cream, and the last 2 times, pretty disappointing. I told Chili's they should show a picture on the menu that represents what you will actually get. Why disappoint over a $0.30 scoop of ice cream? Then again, the Northridge location is always busy, so what is the big deal over an unhappy customer.
I did not get what I ordered. I received green beans instead of broccoli, and I added a lava cake for dessert that was missing the chocolate topping, was barely any caramel, and maybe 3/4 of a spoonful of ice cream. Very disappointing.

On multiple visits to this location, I have consistently encountered wait times. The environment is generally loud, and customer service quality depends on the server. This time, Angel delivered outstanding service, despite lengthy food preparation. To minimize wait times, I recommend booking a reservation via their app beforehand, as parking can be problematic. The $6.00 drink promotion was moderately appealing.

Ordered strawberry margarita and tasted like not even a single drop of alcohol. Less than the Jose cuervo mixed drink you buy at the store. Also, has a ton of ice.

I wish I could give Chili's 5 stars in everything, but unfortunately, I have to take some stars away. They advertise happy hour! But according to our waitress, only if you sit at the bar😪 if you are with your little ones you are not allowed at the bar. There for my Margarita was at regular price. Next time, it would have to be Applebee's where I can enjoy happy hour at our table. I do have to mention that food was good, especially their wings.
