I wish I could give Chili's 5 stars in everything, but unfortunately, I have to take some stars away. They advertise happy hour! But according to our waitress, only if you sit at the bar😪 if you are with your little ones you are not allowed at the bar. There for my Margarita was at regular price. Next time, it would have to be Applebee's where I can enjoy happy hour at our table. I do have to mention that food was good, especially their wings.

I received the notification that my order was ready at 1:20. I pulled into a space at 1:30 and checked in, watching other people have their food brought out while mine never came. At 1:50 I was still waiting, I went inside and saw two employees just standing there talking with my order on the rack behind them. When I explained I had been waiting 20 minutes and asked if it was even still warm (it wasn’t, all the food had been reduced to just room temperature) since it had been 30 minutes total since I was notified it was ready, one of the employees just said “sorry” and proceeded to answer a phone call. All of this on Mother’s Day of all days.

It was a little crowded, which we didn't mind because we got seated quick. All the TV's were on full volume as well as music. That combined with the crowd and it was a little loud (we couldn't hear each other across from the table). Our order was taken rather quickly. The quality of food was not good. Cold and unflavored. My burger was also served to me, raw, and when I sent it back, it took almost 30 minutes to get it back. I never did get it back because after 20 minutes I told the waitress to forget it and spoke with manager, who we could tell was just on a smoke break :/, about the whole thing. There was also an issue with the bill, but finally after almost 2 hours, we were able to leave. We did get two $5 gift cards. But we won't be back. At least not for a long time, and not during dinner on the weekend.

One of my fave Chili's, the staff is so nice here, highly recommend for a date with your gf or wife. Drinks are phenomenal, they have daily specials too!

The service at Chili's was prompt and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided recommendations when needed. They were also accommodating to specific dietary requests or modifications, which was appreciated.
