Unfinished and sloppy job. The roof is different colors. No inspections were done.
Never do business with California Roofing Company- sloppy job, rude and unreliable people.
Koby, the contractor, was pushing for the final payment when the job was not even finished. Never give the final check to Koby if the work is not finished. You'll never see both.
The job was done partially- on the roof. There are still different color patches around the panels. He was pushing for the final payment still. There were all kinds of issues in between; for example, the workers put nails through the roof that were too long, and they were sticking out of the awning. He told the workers to grind them down, and they just left it like that for us to pay someone else to caulk and paint the under roof all over. I mean, how many roofs have you done before to do it that sloppy?
The gutters were removed and replaced. The old gutters were placed on our front lawn. I gave him the final check, thinking he would send someone to remove the gutters from our lawn.
However, for two weeks, we've been trying to get Koby to remove the old gutters from our front yard. Texting, calling, talking, nothing worked. At one point, he even suggested that I call someone who collects iron for money. Then I decide to call the main office and talk to Willy, "the assistant," as he put it. Right after that, I got an angry Koby on the phone, yelling at me and calling me a liar, telling me that if I didn't want to help myself - now it was on me to remove the trash (gutters) from my front lawn. And that he is done trying.
Then he told me he'll give me the number to call the guy- still haven't heard from anyone.
Koby- this is my message to you- the job is DONE when the trash is removed from my property, as you wrote in the contract. The job that you and your workers have done is not worth anything because you left the job undone and insulted me. You have zero professionalism and no ability to conduct a good business relationship. Also, what goes around comes around- you can't screw everyone!
P.S. The gutters were removed the same day the yelp review went live. The rest of the issues are still not addressed.

Kobe from California roofing worked on our roof January of last year. We thought everything was fine until we found bags of old tiles and other trash that they had left behind. I’ve called several times. They’ve admitted it’s theirs, and still haven’t come to pick it up. Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you Kobi for the quick, affordable, and smooth experience! Had these guys come out for an estimate and they beat every quote I got! I felt they were very honest and experienced. They finished my roof in a timely manner and did an incredible job. They were following all the Covid rules, everyone wore a mask and kept their distance which I really appreciated. They came early every morning and communication was great! Now a days it's not so easy to find trustworthy people to do the job so I highly recommend them! Thanks for the great experience and for bringing me Starbucks every morning, so sweet!!! Thank you thank you thank you a million!

California roofing is a scam. Whatever you do do not do business with this so-called company. They are very unprofessional and are just out to steal your money. I had them come in to do a tile job and it was not at all completed and the work the did do was very shady. Getting back ahold of them has been very difficult and do not call you back as promised. You get nothing but lies if you do get back a hold of them. The biggest mistake I made was paying them before I seen the work they didn't complete. I was out of state for the death of my father and was not able to be there when Koby or Victor called , whichever name he uses at the time, and told me the job was complete. So now I am forced to take action. Beware, stay as far away as you can from this shady outfit.

My friend Marco recommended me California Roofing Install and Repair for my office roof repair. I call them for roofing service and I got professional service with quality. I really love their good staff.
