I'm appreciative of the technician who showed up today.
I have been trying to have the filters changed for more than six weeks. I've been promised return phone calls and received none. I spoke with a NexGen manager who promised to get to the bottom of the poor service. I never heard from him again. Due to the delay and poor service, I asked Tony for a reduction in charges. He said he would discuss it with his team and would let the technician know. I paid full price today.
NO ONE from NexGen reached out to help me. I initiated ALL the requests for assistance. I finally had to call a Costco rep to force help.
I'm sad we reached a negative pinnacle. I hope better for others.

I can’t speak for the work the technicians do. However, we had a very poor experience with this company. We booked through a special that Home Depot was having a few months ago. We had an appointment window of 8-11am booked for almost 2 months. The day before the appointment, they notified us that they couldn’t make that time slot and asked us if we could do later in the day. We begrudgingly agreed for the time slot of 4-6pm. 6 pm rolled around on Friday evening and the technician called and said he could be there in 20 min, when the service itself takes 1-1.5 hours. I told him not to come and to see if we could reschedule for the following week. Then I get a text from the company asking if we could reschedule for 1 month out! Really not sure how this place has such good reviews.

David Faustino Rojas was the technician assigned to come and check out my AC system, and he was great. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough in his inspection and explanation and answered all my questions. David also proposed different options on how to resolve the issue I had, and how to ensure I properly maintain my unit. The billing was also fast and convenient. Overall, a great experience with NexGen, and with David.

This is a great company that does superior work, but I had to schedule an appointment twice before I could get a technician out to do the work. When I talked to the technician, he stated that they had to hire more technicians to fill the vacancies. They were back up to speed to service people again. That is why I gave them four stars instead of five. I will call them every time I need their services. They are friendly and very professional.

I just had a great water heater installation service from Eric at NextGen today. He did a complete professional installation while explaining almost every step. Great product, Great team and good price. Thank You Eric and Thanks to NextGen.
