I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

Excellent customer service. Asked what issues I was having before going up on the roof. Actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Explained what he found wrong and identified issues I should address. Very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend them. Jimmy went above and beyond to get my unit going in a minimal amount of time. Thank you Jimmy!

I hired this HVAC company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were excellent with communication, offered reasonable pricing, and everyone I spoke with was very polite. They were able to get a technician on site quickly and found the issue the same day. I would definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

My AC was not cooling down my house. I have dual zones. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new board, which he quoted about $800 with install. I got a second opinion with Orion and I'm so happy that I did. Constantine came out and told me that there was nothing wrong with my board and figured out the problem... saving me from a shady tech. Now my AC is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Orion again. They are honest and get the job done.
