3.5/5 It’s been a while, having visited a Panera location, got a gift card here from a friend and decided to bring the partner, niece and nephew. Ordered – halfsies; Chinese chicken salad, tomato soup w a baguette. Chicken avocado sando with turkey chili, kids size mac n cheese with chips and cheese flat bread. Total came out to about $55 but with the gift card $25 out the door which wasn’t bad for all that food! The customer service was superb, the only thing this location needs to work on is I think people come in and actually steal others food or the workers are not paying attention to who grabs the food. They do hand out vibrating pagers. The only reason why I am bringing this up is clearly this happened to us, when my partner went up to grab our food there was a gentleman that just said yes, his name is “Sara” and took my sando and chili, they had to make another but was kind enough to bring the food over with extra mac and cheese and a cookie for the kids, the manager kept apologizing why do I think this has happened before?

Panera bread is a hit or miss in most cases. I like their salads such as the Fiji apple salad with chicken and a few of their sandwiches. They updated their menu so a couple things I liked are no longer available. The prices are way to high though if you get a half sandwich like I did it, it's definitely not worth it. The person I was with ordered the macaroni and cheese with bacon and it was terrible. The Mac and cheese was more like a soupy Velveeta. So I personally would not recommend the macaroni and cheese. The customer service was okay and the restaurant was empty so there was no overcrowding. My main concern is the restroom. When I went to the restroom there was a lady in the handicap stall sitting in a wheelchair with the door open. The lady was yelling as she was talking to herself. I know she had been sitting in there for a long time because I saw her roll pass me while I was eating. The restaurant has a door code for the bathroom but there is no point in having one if anyone can go in and cause trouble. If your hungry and can afford Panera's high prices occasionally some glorified hospital cafeteria food could hit the spot.

One of the most unreasonable restaurants I've been to recently. I spent about $25 on a half-piece sandwich, the same amount of soup, and different bowl and cup sizes, as well as old coffee. Even though it is made with homemade bread and fresh ingredients, today is the first time I have seen French Onion Soup without cheese on top. Thanks guys.

Chill and clean Panera location. Good if you have the sip club membership. Metered and lot parking nearby. Helpful staff, quick service. Spotted an outlet, has pretty fast wifi. Good place to work with relaxed staff and lots of seating. Ask them for the bathroom code.

Spacious interior with a small patio. Service is friendly, but there is a feeling of being profiled as a low-income or homeless customer. Their power outlets are off, seemingly to discourage these types of people from coming and sitting for any extended period - how can really tell who-is-who as a customer. You can't! Expect to see the manger(s) patrolling around.
